OPTION I:
Cashier Check or Money Order made to Dynasty Memorial Mortuary
OPTION II:
Dynasty Memorial Mortuary accepts Visa / Mastercard / Discover / American Express (Plus A 8% Surcharge) for payment on all funeral accounts.
OPTION III:
Insurance Assignment… Proceeds from one or more life insurance policies, that can be verified, can be assigned to Dynasty Memorial Mortuary, if desired, in an amount sufficient to satisfy the funeral account. An additional fee of 10% will be added to all insurance assignments and a fee of 8% will be added for credit card payments. All for purchase of the services and merchandise will be collected for this service upon conclusion of arrangements.
